FISHER HOUSE PORTSMOUTH "A HOME AWAY FROM HOME"

Fisher House Portsmouth is a "home away from home", at no cost, for our Nations Veterans, Retirees, Service Members and their families during times of medical crisis. The house is located at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, approximately a five minute walk from the Medical Treatment Facility. The house has one private guest suite and 6 rooms, serving 7 families and up to 30 guests. Guests also have access to common area amenities to include a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facility, dining room and living room. Fisher House Portsmouth provides comfortable accommodations that allow military families who are traveling outside of 40 miles to focus on the medical care and recovery of their loved one..because a Family's Love is Good Medicine.
