Hattie, a World War 2 Veteran, sits on a green velvet couch petting her dog, Peanut, in her living room. The walls are filled with small drawings of places she’s visited and a small shelf full of Knick knacks. Hattie is smiling while she pets her dog.
HATTIE
My Name is Hattie.

HATTIE
I was born in 1923.

Hattie is standing in a small retail store wearing a white shirt that says “WILD DEMINIST”

The camera cuts to a close up of Hattie’s hand closed. She’s wearing gold ring with an emerald cut ruby.

An older gentleman is slowly pulling out a delivery bag from the back of his car. The bag is black with the Meals on Wheels People printed in a bright green. The camera then follows the gentleman from behind while he walks to the front door. The gentleman is wearing a neon vest with a printed Meals on Wheels People logo on it.
HATTIE
They help me keep fighting.
SCENE CUT
Hattie is wearing her white “WILD FEMINIST” shirt while the camera pans closer to her. She’s looking directly at the camera and smiling. A few building in Portland can be seen behind her. The camera then cuts to Hattie standing next to the older gentleman, they’re both smiling and looking directly at the camera.
HATTIE
